Diagnosis
Hamara read: turant ka threat identity nahi hai — problem yeh hai ki har sub-brand abhi akele customer trust banata hai. Portfolio play mein yeh 5× CAC hai. Deeper problem decision discipline ki hai: aapne architecture ban-ne se pehle sub-brands name kar diye, matlab category-wise positioning ko ek system pe retrofit karna hai jo aapne design hi nahi kiya. Diwali window discipline problem pe time pressure jod-ti hai — asli risk wahi hai.
Reality Check
Pehle hi keh dein: 16 hafton mein chaar sub-brands + parent identity ₹24L mein tight hai. Senior-led velocity se (har brand pe 6-8 hafte), chaar brands matlab ~28 hafte ka kaam 16 mein. Teen honest options:
- Option 1 — Scope reduce kariye. Diwali tak Mistiri parent + do flagship sub-brands; baaki do Phase 2 (Jan-Feb). Investment same.
- Option 2 — Timeline extend kariye. Saare paanch brands 28 hafton mein. Diwali miss hogi. Investment same.
- Option 3 — Budget badhayein. Ek aur senior designer + brand strategist add. Investment ~₹38L. Original 16-hafte scope rahega.
Hamari recommendation: Option 1. Do flagship sub-brands depth pe outperform karenge paanch thin launches ko.
Consultant Perspective
Agar yeh mera business hota, main baaki do sub-brands ke naam abhi kill kar deta. Customer overlap data se pehle brands ka naam rakhna portfolio trap hai. Unhe working concepts ki tarah rakhiye; jab Phase 2 mein Gharana + Forage & Fables ka real purchase pattern aaye, tab names commit kariye.
Scope ke bahar dekhein: Shopify subscription mechanic dono sub-brands ki LTV sabse zyaada lift karega. Meri jagah hoti to is engagement se pehle 2-hafte ka subscription-UX audit alag se commission karwati. Bhale humein hire na karein.
