Refund Policy
Plain English. No 30-day waiting periods, no "subject to discretion", no fine print. If CloseKit doesn't work for you, you get your money back.
Last updated: 2 June 2026 · Effective immediately.
1. Right now — free
CloseKit is free during launch. There's nothing to refund yet. When paid plans land, the rules below kick in.
2. When paid plans land
The rules will be:
- 14-day no-questions refund on any plan within 14 days of first payment. Email us, get the refund processed within 7 working days. We don't ask why.
- Pro-rated refunds for annual plans if you cancel between days 15-90 of a yearly commitment. We keep the months you used; you get back the months you didn't.
- No refunds after 90 days unless we've materially failed to deliver. In that case, email us — we'll work it out.
3. What counts as "materially failed"
- The product is down for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Generation quality drops below acceptable for 7+ days and we don't fix it after you flag it.
- We change pricing or features in a way that breaks your workflow without notice.
We don't plan to fail materially. If we do, we'll own it.
4. How to request a refund
Email the contact in the footer with the subject lineRefund request. Include the email you signed up with and (if you remember) the payment date. We process within 7 working days; refunds go back to the original payment method.
5. What we don't refund
- Third-party costs you incurred while using CloseKit (e.g. your own design or printing costs for proposals).
- The cost of a deal that didn't close. CloseKit is a tool, not a guarantee. You're the consultant.
- Refund requests filed in bad faith (e.g. using the product heavily for 89 days then asking for a refund on day 90).
6. Indian consumer law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing here removes a right you have under Indian law.
